We identify and recommend art pieces that fit our clients’ collections and requirements, mostly focusing on their overall vision and personal aesthetic. We carry out extensive research – both academic and market oriented – applied to different pieces and their historical periods and contexts. We recommend this phase always takes place before any purchase, to guarantee it makes sense in a preexisting collection.
NEW AQUISITIONS.
We assist our clients throughout the decision and negotiation processes regarding any new acquisitions, making sure every detail is taken care of correctly before, during and after the acquisition takes place for a flawless transaction experience for the client. Our process includes visual renderings of the pieces in their intended space, price negotiations, payment coordination, shipping and handling, framing, as well as proper installation or storage.
COLLECTION MANAGEMENT.
Our collection management services offer custom-made plans for each client according to their needs. This may include services such as: Exhibition and lighting design, framing, storage, shipping and handling, insurance, restoration, conservation plans, appraisals, among others…
ARCHIVING.
We catalogue existing collections, organizing all information and documents related to each piece, such as: certificates of authenticity, photographic documentation, relevant press and media about the artworks or artists included in the collection, overall information about the artist, and conservation recommendations.
